Our current staff of 44 have the benefit of clean and healthy working conditions, higher than normal salaries, health care, employment training and opportunities for advancement for both male and female employees. Accommodation is currently provided on the premises for two single ladies and security staff with more housing planned in the near future.
The Cambodian Harvest senior management team have all survived land mine accidents.
We provide employees with an improved quality of life, restoration of self esteem, job security, poverty alleviation and the ability to feed and educate their families, returning them to a normal life and giving families hope for the future.
The aim of Cambodian Harvest Dried Fruit Co. Ltd. is to demonstrate to the world the valuable contribution that people with disabilities can make to the economy and also provide new markets for the fruit growers of Cambodia. We are a company that upholds the highest standards of integrity in business.
We are now at the stage where we need financial assistance to expand our operations so Cambodian Harvest Dried Fruit Co. Ltd can become fully self-sufficient.
An injection of financial assistance will enable us to complete the building of a bigger factory, add 3 phase power, build a deeper well, upgrade pumps, and provide 18 more houses for staff accommodation and of course provide employment and improved services for even more landmine survivors.
There is still much to be achieved and we need your help to make it happen.
